Not officially classified as rum by Australian law, it still delivers a comparable experience when enjoyed in your favourite rum cocktail.
This is the first step in creating our unique Rum. Crafted here on the Redcliffe Peninsula from Molasses sourced from Bundaberg, which was fermented over 10days. Unaged but Carbon filtered to remove the “roughness”. To create our unique Rum, we combined two Caribbean yeasts, initially distilled separately before being blended for a final distillation.

It’s perfect over ice with your favourite mixer and a squeeze of fresh lime or a great base for your favourite Daiquiri, Old Fashioned, and Mojito.
