Red Cliff Whisky

Our first two Whisky barrels were filled on 15th July 2023, and all things going well, will be ready for release in August 2025. We are planning to lay down additional barrels every six months to have a Whisky release on a rolling six-month cycle. Under Australian law, we can only call our Single Malt product a ‘Single Malt Whisky’ once it has been aged in a barrel for a minimum of two years.

We have chosen the brand Red Cliff Whisky to reflect the name that was originally given to what is now known as Woody Point, by Matthew Flinders* in July 1799.
