Once we had received our ATO licence to manufacture and store in February 2023, we commenced production of our Neutral base, Vodka, and ended up with a significant amount and with the continued delays with obtaining our DA approval from the council, we decided to put some of that Vodka into a Spanish Oloroso barrel we had sitting here with some fortified wine from Mount Nathan Winery. The end result is this unique flavoured Vodka that has taken on its colour from not only the wine but the barrel. It was in the barrel for approximately 3 months during our 2023 Spring season, and it is a limited release as a tribute to our late Still Maker and Cooper, Damian. This unique result will not be repeated!
The label shows Damian on the day he delivered our one-of-a-kind DHD 300L Pot Still.
