Distilled in small batches in our 50-litre DHD Still, using our signature Vodka, a small amount of the previous distillation is blended with the next to help eliminate any variance between batches.

Our Signature base Vodka is fermented using Sugar and distilled in-house using a DHD 200L Hybrid Still.

The label shows the day the original Hornibrook Bridge was opened in October 1935, taken from the Clontarf end.

  • ABV is 40% and bottled in our signature 500ml bottle
  • Released July 2024
