We created this unique flavour by storing our Original Gin for 4 months in a 50L ex-Sherry barrel that had held our Six Malt Whisky Spirit for nine months. The barrel was recoopered by the late Damian Howarth.
Base Neutral is derived from Sugar. Juniper, Cardamon Seeds, Coriander Seed, Orris Root and our “Secret” botanical.
