Not officially classified as rum by Australian law, it still delivers a comparable experience when enjoyed in your favourite rum cocktail. We took our “Silver” and soaked it for four months with Apple, Cassia Bark, Cinnamon, Coconut Flakes, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Vanilla Bean.
The label bears an image of the HMQS Gayundah shipwreck, which was taken and donated to us by Haydn from Angelico Jarvis Photography, who is now the proud owner of one of these bottles.
