Today represented our first bottling day.
Limited release of 200 Bottles of a Barrel Aged Vodka @ 43.90%.
This release will have a special one off label and will never be repeated.
Aged in a 128Ltr Olorosso Barrel which we kept moist with a special fortified wine while we waited for the perfect time to use the Barrel. And this is the result.
That same Barrel now is home to a special blend of Cane Spirit that we will hopefully release in 2026 as a limited release Aged Rum.
We will release these bottles once our QLD Liquor Licence has been issued.
