Now for Energex to do their bit to upgrade our switchboard to 3phase so that the electrician then can finish installing the power to the back of our distillery closer to the stills. Delivery of our water tanks so that our plumber can install all the copper pipes to our stills, the 3phase water heater and our water filters. Our 3 phase solar is locked in and installation will hopefully happen soon but we need the electricity upgrade. Still a lot of work to be done with each step reliant on another to be completed.
