Nose: smoke and ozone and fresh laundry and dried fruits
Palate: a bit young yet, but with promising Christmas cake sweetness and some nutty warmth. The back palate has hints of apricots or plums peeking through heavily brewed black tea and some soapy notes.
Finish: medium short, sweet and smoky with heavy black tea.
Drinking suggestion: an Old Fashioned with simple syrup and orange bitters pulls it all together and brings out all the best flavours
