If you enjoy a Gin & Tonic that is very citrusy, this is for you!
What makes this release unique is the use of locally grown botanicals:
- Lemon Myrtle grown on the Redcliffe Peninsula and blitzed in-house in our Ninja Blender.
- Cascara, which is the dried husk from the coffee cherry skins left over after the coffee beans are removed. This ingredient is from the onsite crop of our neighbours, Neli Coffee.
Distilled in small batches in our 50-litre DHD Still, using our signature Vodka, with a small amount of the previous distillation is blended with the next to help eliminate any variance between batches.
- ABV is 42% and in our signature 500ml bottle
- Batch 1: Released April 2025
Award winning Gin
Awarded Silver Medal at the 2025 Australian International Spirits Awards in the Citrus Gin New World & Contemporary Gin Category.
“Generous use of well-explored native botanics. Extraction process of this is done well, no residual drying or dusty notes common in this style…”
Awarded Silver Medal at the 2025 Royal Queensland Awards in the Contemporary Gin Category.
“The nose has lime leaf, lime zest, eucalyptus, tea tree and cucumber aromas. They are fresh, give good intensity and work in harmony. Lemon myrtle definitely. The palate shows a translation of these green citrus and herbaceous elements, supported by sweet lemon …the lemon is mostly contained and prevented from becoming a lemon myrtle gin. Underlying spirit is nice and clean and carries the botanicals well with appropriate intensity and clarity”
