Not officially classified as rum by Australian law, it still delivers a comparable experience when enjoyed in your favourite rum cocktail. Our “Silver” Aged for 3 weeks in a Spanish PX Barrel.

The label bears an image of the HMQS Gayundah shipwreck, which was taken and donated to us by Haydn from Angelico Jarvis Photography, who is now the proud owner of one of these bottles.
