Following the success of our initial Tribute Aged Vodka, which sold out in February 2025, we decided to try again with a different barrel. We were fortunate to acquire a 100L ex South Australian Sherry barrel that was being recoopered by the late Damian Howarth at the time of his untimely passing. To keep the barrel moist, we placed some fortified wine from Mt Nathan Winery for a short time before filling the barrel with our Signature Vodka on 6th February 2025.
On 6th June 2025, we decanted 50% of the barrel and bottled it for this release.
The label shows four of our 128L Spanish Barrels (Oloroso and PX that are aging some unique Rums and Single Malt Whisky).
- ABV is 45% and bottled in our signature 500ml bottle
